When you look out your front door, what do you see? Do you see a yard full of junk or useless projects that never managed to get finished? Take control of your yard and restore the beauty that once was by following a few easy tips to tidy up your yard.
One of the best methods to quickly tidy up an area — be it your home or yard — is to sort all of the items into three piles: keep, donate and trash. All items that you want to keep should be placed in the keep pile. Items that are not exactly trash but you no longer have use for should go in the donate pile and should be donated after everything has been sorted. Place items that are no longer useful to anyone into the trash pile and discard.
If It Doesn’t Have a Place, Toss It!
One of the hardest things to do when tidying up your yard is to determine if something is worth keeping or tossing. Once all of the items in your yard have been sorted, put the items that you decided to keep up where they belong. If you cannot find a home for the items, then toss them. Every item needs to have a place, otherwise it is clutter and should be removed.
Maintain Your Yard
Keep your yard looking beautiful by maintaining it with regular lawn services such as having the grass mowed, weeds trimmed, flowerbeds weeded and sidewalks and your driveway Routinely pressure washed.
